Parental Information

Parents, we know there's a stigma around Greek life on campus. Therefore we want to provide you with a positive first impression and a feeling of security that your son is joining a brotherhood, not a horror show. If you have concerns, please reach out through the Contact Us page of this website, or email us at

Both Kappa Sigma and Kansas State University have a zero tolerance hazing policy. Gamma-Chi sticks to this and refuses to haze our pledges or Brothers physically or mentally. We're proud to wage a war on hazing as a chapter, a university, and a national organization.

Benefits of Kappa Sigma

Research conducted by the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and Gallup indicate that students in leadership settings are more likely to excel in all areas of well-being: finding purpose, social engagement, financial responsibilities, community engagement, and physically. As the largest fraternity in America, Kappa Sigma Brothers enjoy unique and unparalleled networking opportunities and programs. Kappa Sigma truly fulfills any vision a Brother can set for themselves and their future.
